I like it better than the first Rugrats Movie. All the new characters are wonderful, as are the old favorites.
I used to watch Rugrats all the time growing up and still watch re-runs. I love this film as it's really funny what they get upto in Paris.
Took me a while to see this one. It wasn't my favorite cuz you had to see it to get the next season completely, or you would have to wait for things to be explained.
Adults can attend this movie with a fair degree of pleasure. full review
